Q. What type of franchise is available?
A. Premier Pages, Inc. offers you to opportunity to operate a business that offers and sells advertising space and copy to local businesses, and which publishes and distributes by direct mail throughout the surrounding community, full color, magazine quality community phone books including the business advertisements.
 
Q. How much does the franchise cost?
A. The initial franchise fee is $50,000 and the estimated initial investment ranges from $61,650 to $77,083.

Q. How much is the fee for continuing support services?
A. The continuing services, or “royalty fee,” is 8% of your gross sales and is paid monthly. This fee entitles you to use the PREMIER PAGES service mark, use of distinctive system, marketing assistance, ongoing business development and counseling, and other benefits that come with being a Premier Pages franchised business.

Q. Will I have an exclusive territory?
A. Premier Pages, Inc. will grant you a Protected Territory that will consist of an area surrounding the Approved Location and containing a population of approximately 15,000 to 20,000 households/businesses.

Q. What about advertising?
A. The PREMIER PAGES name and reputation is an important part of our business. You will spend at least 3% of your gross sales per month on local advertising.

Q. How much training is provided in the Premier Pages system?
A. You will participate in an initial training course. The initial program will focus on all aspects of the Premier Pages, Inc. franchise system and is comprised of classroom and on-the-job training.

Q. What is the term of the Premier Pages, Inc. Franchise Agreement?
A. The initial term of the Franchise Agreement is five years from the date the Franchise Agreement is signed. The franchise is renewable for three additional terms of five years each, providing you have complied with the provisions of the Franchise Agreement.
